Steven Weissman is a board certified dermatologist. He has been in practice for more than 15 years, with offices in New Jersey, Brooklyn and Queens. A graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he completed his residency at SUNY Health Science Center in Stony Brook and is affiliated with New Jersey area hospitals.

Dr. Weissman has numerous publications in peer-reviewed dermatology, surgery, and medicine journals. He performs surgical procedures for treatment of skin cancers and benign skin growths, and is active in teaching advanced surgical and cosmetic techniques to dermatology residents.

Dr. Weissman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Zacharia Lind is certified physician assistant. He has been in practice for the past 17 years. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Touro College. After receiving his degree with distinction at Touro, he did a post-graduate residency in dermatology at Downstate Medical Center followed by a post-graduate residency in plastic surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He is also an inventor and holds multiple patents for cosmetic devices.

Dr. Harold Weiss comes to Ocean Dermatology from Brooklyn where he successfully ran his own private practice for over 30 years.

Dr. Weiss graduated Suny Downstate Medical School completing his residency in internal medicine at Brookdale Hospital, and then going on to complete his dermatology residency at Cornell University – New York Hospital. Dr. Weiss is Board Certified in dermatology and dermatological surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is currently accepting new patients in our Toms River office.

Elisheva B. Miller is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from Touro College School of Health Sciences in 2006. She has more than 12 years of dermatology experience.

Her practice integrates medical, surgical and aesthetic dermatology, providing treatment for both adults and children. An expert diagnostician, she has experience treating an array of skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, alopecia and complex rashes. She is skilled at performing surgical procedures such as biopsies and excisions of skin lesions. Patients can easily see her broad knowledge of various aspects in her field.

Elisheva has extensive training in cosmetic dermatology as well. Her practice areas include injectables such as botox and fillers, chemical peels, micro-needling, lasers and photodynamic therapy. She is known for her warm, ebullient and compassionate nature, affording her patients the highest level of care. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
